Here are brief highlights of past and present work we have performed on behalf of our clients, in a wide variety of industries:

• GAA provides full range of advertising, direct mail, trade show, and sales support services

• GAA works with management to restructure company's marketing program

• Sales increase from $1 to $12 million in 18 months

GAA provided marketing services to this major provider of environmental risk assessment mapping services. Working with our client to radically restructure the company's marketing program and improve its execution, the client's annual sales grew from under $1 million to $12 million in 18 months.

GAA provided a complete range of marketing services to this firm, including direct mail, print advertising, field/telemarketing sales force support, and trade show support. We also assisted this company in its efforts to launch a series of new information and mapping products in the banking, insurance, and real estate markets, and helped the company develop and launch an online retrieval service for its products.

Due to the company's success in its marketing and product extension efforts, the company established itself as the second-largest national provider of specialized environmental information and mapping services in its industry. Company owners and management sold the company to a large, publicly-held real estate information company, and GAA continued to provide marketing services to this larger company after the sale.

• Custom-publishing, Web development, and marketing services provided to major consumer electronics manufacturer

• GAA works with company marketing, sales, and product development executives to implement print, online, and value-added services for manufacturer's set-top box

• GAA-developed product and service features reach over 650,000 product buyers, establishing important differentiating features for retail buyers against similar competitive products

GAA provided custom publishing, marketing and product development services to a major consumer electronics manufacturing company during the U.S. launch of its WebTV Internet set-top box product in the consumer electronics marketplace.

GAA developed a print Internet directory and companion Internet service for this project, which also included development and licensing of a patented Internet access system for users of the manufacturer's Internet set-top box products.

The print directory and Internet service, developed and managed by GAA, provided buyers of this company's product with an important value-added feature, which gave this company an important competitive edge against its competitors, who sold virtually identical WebTV-based products in this highly competitive retail environment. Over 500,000 copies of this printed Internet directory were distributed, in-the-box, with every unit sold by this company.

For buyers of the company's subsequent, updated set-top model, GAA also developed a smart card-based Internet gateway service, which linked the company's users with value-added services, transactions, and content from third-party companies. GAA developed the online gateway service, and managed this service for the company, the first-ever U.S. implementation of smart card technology for a consumer electronics product.

• GAA provides value-added marketing services to major telecom company

• Services include Web and systems development, custom publishing, and implementation of third-party value-added promotions

GAA, under a consulting and development agreement with a division of a major telecommunications company, developed value-added services for a vertical market division of the company. These services include development of a value-added online Internet service, which linked special transactional offers from major consumer marketers to the telecom company's main Web site.

GAA's relationship with its telecom client also included development and licensing of patented Internet technology to the telecom provider, for use in the client's marketing and Internet development projects.

GAA also provided custom directory publishing services to this telecom company, developing a vertical-market print directory for use as a marketing premium for use by the company in its global marketing of local, long-distance, Internet and other telecommunications services.

• Produce, develop and market custom-published print Internet directories

• Working with ISPs and consumer electronics manufacturers to develop private-label print and online directories and services

• Private-branded directories give clients competitive advantage at retail, and online

GAA is also very active in custom publishing, where it has developed and produced print Internet books and directories for two well-known Internet service providers (ISPs) and a major international book publisher, offered for sale by these companies both online, and at retail.

Utilizing its strengths in content creation and directory publishing, GAA helped these major ISPs add value to their service offerings, and to generate additional revenues from sales of value-added print directories for their subscribers.

Additional GAA initiatives have also included the planning and development of advertiser-supported, value-added subscriber magazines for ISPs and consumer electronics manufacturers.
