GAA and
its principals have long been involved in the creation
and development of groundbreaking new online technologies,
systems, and user interfaces for the personal computer,
consumer electronics and online fields.
In the course of its business relationship with a major
consumer electronics manufacturer, GAA developed its J-Frame
multimedia interface for Internet set-top boxes and other
Internet appliance-type devices. J-Frame is an innovative,
platform-independent multimedia interface and authoring
system, using open, HTML-based protocols to provide video,
audio, and text to users of Net access devices.
GAA principals were responsible for conceiving, creating
and developing some of the online industry's earliest
software user interfaces and enabling technologies for
personal computers, concepts and products whose development
influenced the major companies in those fields.
Its longstanding product development expertise gives GAA
added insight and a significant advantage on any Internet,
hardware, or related software or networking project. |

GAA provides extensive marketing
and product development services and support to a wide
variety of start-ups, early-stage, and product-line divisions
of larger companies involved in new product launches.
Here are examples of work we have done for these start-ups
and new ventures:
|
 |
Information Services: For
a start-up providing an innovative, FAX-based newswire
service to radio stations across the U.S., GAA developed
and implemented direct mail and space advertising marketing
programs to help this company sign new radio station subscribers
to its service.
The company received a successful sales response from
these efforts, leading to a substantial increase in its
newswire subscriber base, and was successfully sold to
a major East Coast-based programmer and broadcaster, where
the venture became the acquiring company's proprietary
newswire service.

Electronics:
GAA provided new venture marketing services for a start-up
company developing innovative wireless-to-wired phone
system interconnect products to the consumer electronics
market.
GAA developed the company's product launch marketing and
promotional effort, focused on the announcement and launch
of its product at the industry's major consumer electronics
show. These services included: Working the client to establish
product and market positioning strategy, creation and
production of trade show booth, booth signage, and related
show materials, and creation of the company and product
Web sites.
The start-up executed a successful product launch at the
show, establishing key sales relationships with major
distributors and other major sales contacts that were
instrumental in helping the company establish its distribution
networks.
Utilities: GAA provided marketing and product development
services to a new venture, funded by a major office equipment
systems manufacturer, to provide Internet technology and
services to the electric utility industry.
GAA worked with this venture to establish its product
and service mix, to develop new product concepts, and
to develop marketing programs to close major business
development relationships with key electric utilities.
